By accessing or using the Pure Touches platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Pure Touches LLC provides a marketplace that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals ("Contractors"). Pure Touches LLC does not provide cleaning services directly.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
You agree to: provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
Contractors are independent contractors, not employees. Pure Touches LLC does not control how services are performed. We do not guarantee quality, safety, or outcomes.
All payments are processed through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). By booking, you authorize charges for services requested. Prices may vary depending on service scope.
Customers who schedule recurring cleaning services are eligible for the following automatic discounts applied to their base service rate (starting from the 2nd recurring booking): Weekly cleanings receive a 10% discount; Bi-weekly cleanings receive a 7% discount; Monthly cleanings receive a 5% discount. Discounts apply to the base service rate only and do not stack with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Membership is optional — creating an account is free and never required to book a cleaning. The optional Pure Touches membership includes a 30-day free trial — no charge during this period — then $25.00/month or $285.00/year after the trial, based on your selected billing cycle. The fee is charged automatically to your payment method and renews monthly or annually, as selected, until you cancel. By signing up as a member, you explicitly authorize this recurring charge. Exact benefits: 1 free add-on on your first cleaning; 10% off from your 2nd eligible recurring cleaning; Priority scheduling; Free add-on once a month; No cleaning cancellation fee when cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Discounts never stack — your single greatest eligible discount applies. How to cancel: anytime at no penalty from Dashboard → Subscriptions → Cancel Membership. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current paid period — benefits stay active until then and no further charges are made. Charges already processed before cancellation are non-refundable. These auto-renewal terms are provided as required under applicable consumer protection laws, including Virginia's auto-renewal statute.
Cancellation policies are shown at booking. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: satisfaction re-clean requests must be made within 24 hours of service completion, and billing disputes must be filed within 48 hours (see Section 14).
You agree not to: use the Platform for illegal purposes, harass or harm others, or submit false claims or reviews.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Touches LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Billing disputes and claims must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion to contact@puretouchesapp.com. This 48-hour billing-dispute window is a separate policy from the 24-hour service-satisfaction/re-clean request window described in our Refund Policy.
Users must provide: a description of the issue, supporting evidence, and a requested resolution.
Claims are reviewed within 48–72 hours. Contractors may respond to claims. Additional information may be requested by the Platform.
Payments may be held during active disputes. Refunds (full or partial) are issued at the Platform's sole discretion.
Users must attempt resolution through the Platform before filing a chargeback with their financial institution.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the Commonwealth of Virginia, in accordance with its applicable rules.
All disputes must be handled on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Pure Touches LLC.
Claims eligible for small claims court and disputes involving intellectual property rights are exempt from the arbitration requirement.
